These terms govern use of vjsoftedge.com and the information on it. They are issued by VJSoftEdge Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”), India. A paid project, product licence, or school deployment is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written agreement wins for that work.

The website, not a live store

This site is a marketing and information site. Product pages describe software we build or plan to offer. Screens, workflows, and sample data are illustrations unless a page says a product is live and you can buy it here. Sending a form is a request to talk, not an order.

No website warranty

We take care with accuracy, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current, or error-free, or that access will be uninterrupted. Delivery methods described on the site (search, releases, conversion, uptime) are practices we use. They are not guarantees of a result for your project.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, product names, and logos we created are ours or used with permission. You may not copy them for your own commercial site. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any other company.

The visual theme of this site is a licensed HTML template. Open-source libraries stay under their own licences.

Products and “free” or evaluation use

RycallWise can skip a model call when local memory already has a matching technique. That is a product behaviour, not a promise that the commercial service is free. Any fee will be shown before you subscribe.

StuNexEdge, if used by a school or family, needs a separate agreement covering student and child data. This website does not collect that data.

PharmaNexEdge is software for a licensed pharmacy’s own operations. It is not a pharmacy, a medical device, or an offer to sell medicines.

Travel products do not sell tickets on this website. Live inventory depends on supplier contracts that you or we sign separately. GDS work assumes the client already holds the relevant licences.

Contact forms

You must send accurate contact details and must not use the form to abuse, spam, or send unlawful content. We may refuse or ignore a message that looks automated or harmful. Form data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes only from reading this website or relying on marketing copy. For paid work, liability is the amount and type set in that contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a later contract says otherwise for a specific project.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version.
