This is our own pharmacy ERP, built in-house for the counter — not a generic billing pack with a pill icon. One Windows workspace for sales, returns, batches, purchases, GST, and a finder that tells you the rack. The chemist still owns the sale.

PharmaNexEdge is the dispensing and inventory workspace a medical shop actually opens in the morning. Dashboard first. Then the billing desk. Stock, purchases, and orders stay one login away. Scroll the screens. Each one is a job someone at the counter already does.

Medicine names in the mock screens are dummy labels, not real brands or prescriptions. PharmaNexEdge is software, not a pharmacy or a medical device.

Search the medicine, pick the batch that expires first, print the invoice, take a return, or share the bill from the same desk. The counter stays in one room — sales, returns, and the last bill — so the queue does not stall while someone hunts a spreadsheet.

1Type a name or SKU. The desk shows live stock and the next-expiring batch.
2Add strips, apply GST, take cash or UPI. The invoice is ready to print.
3Need a return or a share? Same desk. No second app.

Batches, expiry, and the quiet panic of low stock.

Every strip has a batch and a date. PharmaNexEdge keeps them honest — on-hand quantity, reorder level, and the bottles that will go bad this month. Adjustments are written down. Nobody “just fixes the number” in a notebook.

1Open stock. Filter by expiry window or anything under reorder.
2See section and rack — the same place the finder will send you.
3Adjust a count. The change is stored with a reason, not a shrug.

When the carton arrives, the chemist enters the supplier bill — medicine, batch, qty, purchase price, MRP, GST. Those lines become inventory. The next sale already knows what just came in.

1Pick the supplier. Enter the invoice number and date.
2Add batch lines. Stock on hand goes up the moment you save.
3The purchase book is ready for GST — no evening re-keying.

A booking is not a bill — until they pick it up.

A regular asks you to keep two strips aside. That is an order, not a sale. PharmaNexEdge holds the booking, marks the pickup, and converts it to a bill when they walk in. The counter does not lose the note in a chat thread.

1Create the order against a customer name and a promised time.
2When they arrive, convert the order. Stock leaves on the real invoice.
3Uncollected orders stay visible. Nothing sits “somewhere on the counter.”
